Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy for any reason with the products that you have purchased, you can return them for exchange or refund within thirty (30) days from delivery of order. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, merchandise must be in original condition - unworn and unused.
Please note that sale items are final and may not be refunded or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective.
At this time, FOOING retail store locations are unable to accept merchandise purchased online for exchange or refund.
Damaged/Defective Items or Incorrect Shipments
Please know that your satisfaction is very important to us. If you have received a damaged or defective product; or if we've made a mistake on your order in any way, please contact us with your order number and we will make it right and get your replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return item(s.)
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund (minus the cost of shipping) to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to be issued. Depending on your bank's policies, it may take additional days for your refund to be credited back to your account.
We will process your exchange within 7-10 business days after we have inspected and approved your returned item(s.)

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
